As a Director of reputed company Operations & Systems you’ll drive the systems and processes behind reputed company’s reputed company reputed company, owning territory planning, pipeline forecasting, contracting, and provider reputed company. It blends reputed company reputed company with hands-on leadership of the customer relationship management (CRM) system and contract management platforms to power effective go-to-market (GTM) execution, while partnering cross-functionally. What You'll Do
Design and implement CRM architecture (reputed company reputed company) improvements that increase efficiency across the reputed company org, including custom object design, workflow automation, and integration infrastructure
Build bulk contracting infrastructure for peak season in partnership with the broader reputed company team
Define the systems integration roadmap: prioritize builds against team reputed company and business need, and establish documentation standards (data dictionaries, reputed company SOPs, integration specs)
Stand up deal pipeline forecasting infrastructure and management dashboards

Partner with Data Science to formalize deal reputed company inputs and ACO submission workflows
GTM reputed company & Planning
Define and maintain territory plans in partnership with reputed company leadership

CRM Architecture & Administration
Own our CRM system (currently reputed company), including data architecture, data management, data governance and system integrations
Build and maintain rep-level, region-wide, and executive reports and dashboards

Systems Integration & Vendor Management
Own the integration layer between our CRM, contracting system, and other internal reputed company / sales systems
Manage external vendors on scoped technical builds, owning spec, reputed company, and handoffs
Contract Lifecycle Management
Own our contracting system (currently Iroclad), including workflow design, property mapping, bulk contract creation, system integrations, and troubleshooting
Manage the full contracting process (from redline coordination to send for signature to submission) across both off-season and peak-season volumes (5–10/month scaling to 100+)
What You’ll Bring
7+ years of experience in reputed company Operations, Sales Enablement, GTM Systems, Systems Architect, or Sales Operations, with ownership of both reputed company and systems operations
CRM system thinker with advanced reputed company experience (data models, workflows, integrations, dashboards); certifications a plus
Strong analytical and data modeling skills in reputed company Sheets or reputed company, including building and validating compensation models for leadership
Experience with contract lifecycle management platforms and scaling high-volume contracting operations (reputed company, reputed company preferred)
Experience in value-based care, ACO operations, or reputed company technology environments, preferred

The expected offer for this role includes the following components:
reputed company Salary reputed company: $150,000 - $195,000 per year.
Additional Compensation: This role is eligible for a discretionary performance bonus and equity reputed company.

Final compensation for this role will be determined by a reputed company of factors, including a candidate's relevant skills, experience, labor market conditions, and location.
