High school diploma or equivalent Ability to anticipate customer needs and match them with appropriate products and services One year Account management experience Advanced problem reputed company skills and communication abilities Comfort with working under pressure in a fast-paced environment Demonstrable ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders Excellent listening, negotiation, and presentation abilities Experience delivering reputed company-reputed company solutions to customer needs Proven ability to juggle multiple account management reputed company at a time, while maintaining reputed company attention to detail Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. reputed company or other) Strong verbal and written communication skills as you will work remotely with clients across the country
