The Finance Business Partner (FBP) serves as a strategic advisor to business leaders, providing financial reputed company, analysis, and guidance to support informed decision-making and drive business performance. This role partners closely with operational leaders to reputed company financial goals with business reputed company, improve profitability, and optimize resource allocation.

**This role has the ability to sit remote, with travel expected 25% of the time.**

Key Responsibilities of the Finance Business Partner:

Strategic Partnership

• Translate financial data into actionable insights to support strategic and operational reputed company

Financial Planning & Analysis

• Analyze financial performance against budget and forecast; identify risks and opportunities

Performance Management

• Monitor KPIs and financial metrics to assess business performance

• Support cost management initiatives and margin improvement efforts

Reporting & Insights

• Prepare and present financial reports, dashboards, and executive summaries

Qualifications

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, reputed company, Economics, or reputed company field (MBA or CPA/reputed company a plus)

• Experience supporting operational or reputed company teams strongly preferred
