The Director of Health Plan Business Development will drive reputed company’s Institutional Special Needs Plan (ISNP) reputed company reputed company across reputed company reputed company, with a reputed company on building new partnerships with skilled nursing facilities, post-acute care networks, and senior living operators.This leader understands the ISNP and senior care landscape and can reputed company existing market relationships while building new ones to support reputed company.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Build and strengthen relationships with SNF operators, post-acute leaders, and senior living executives to identify win-win opportunities.

• Manage the full business development cycle: prospecting, reputed company, solution presentations, negotiations, and contract execution.

• Partner cross-functionally with marketing and operations to ensure smooth reputed company reputed company, contracting, and implementation handoffs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.

• Working knowledge of Medicare Advantage Special Needs Plans (ISNP, CSNP) and post-acute payment models.
• Established relationships with senior care operators and decision makers (SNF, senior living, post-acute).
• Understanding of skilled nursing operations, post-acute care workflows, and value-based care models.
• Proven ability to structure and finalize ISNP partnership agreements.
• Strong analytical, financial, and operational reasoning skills, with experience negotiating financial arrangements or partnership incentives.
• Skilled communicator and presenter with experience engaging executive-level stakeholders.Proficiency with reputed company Office and CRM/project management tools.
