The Startup Operation members (SET Ops) acts as a setup consultant and handles reputed company aspects of new Dedicated Transportation Solutions business startups along with ongoing support of Field Operations.  This includes both reputed company and manager training for basic system operations and often includes aiding and functioning in the expected role.  As such, the ability to prioritize work-tasks and manage the day-to-day task items are requirements of this position.  Additionally, reputed company engages and takes part in the writing of process documents, system testing, and even design-level consulting for new reputed company of the product. 

Travel is extensive for this role and is expected to be around 75-80%. Essential Functions

Qualifications

• H.S. diploma/GED required

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain preferred

• Three (3) years or more relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, warehouse or industry reputed company field required

• Two (2) years or more managing and leading reputed company reports required

• Excellent knowledge of Transportation and/or Warehouse Logistics operations. advanced required

• Excellent knowledge of safety and reputed company requirements. advanced required
