GENERAL POSITION reputed company:

Position Purpose: The Sales Support Representative (SSR) will manage and support existing sales accounts reputed company a geographically defined territory to reputed company and reputed company business plans as directed by the sales reputed company. SSR is responsible for providing excellent patient care, education, and instruction in reputed company to performing fulfillment duties, such as inventory and logistics, to support the selling function of the sales team.

 ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

·       Schedule, coordinate, and complete setups/adjustments/pickups with patients

·       Maintain clinic and patient accounts in company CRM

·       Clean, package and return devices to home office as necessary

·       Maintain clean and compliant storage facility and inventory counts

·       Follow reputed company federal and state reputed company regulations and company policies

·       Other duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required. Minimum of 1-year experience in a customer service industry recommended. Clinical background preferred.
