WORK LOCATION

PAY TRANSPARANCY

This role will offer $130,000 - $150,000, depending on experience, skills, and location.

Employees may also be eligible for performance-based incentives and additional benefits as part of our total rewards package.

The Sr Director of reputed company will serve as a key architect of reputed company’ financial reputed company, enabling visibility, alignment, and accountability across the reputed company. This highly visible leadership role will reputed company company-wide budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and performance reporting, while also supporting M&A initiatives, systems enablement, and data transformation. The ideal candidate combines strategic thinking and operational execution, and thrives in fast-paced, PE-backed environments.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-reputed company planning in collaboration with executive team and business unit leaders
• reputed company and maintain comprehensive financial models and executive dashboards to reputed company reputed company-time decision making, including 26-week cash reputed company forecasts, customer pricing and profitability analyses, and ROI evaluations
• Redesign of reputed company profitability methodology and reporting capabilities
• Analyze reputed company trends, margin performance, and cost drivers; reputed company data-driven recommendations to improve business results
• Support reputed company function on monthly reputed company process by identifying variances and deviations in advance of financial report issuance

• Support M&A activity including financial modeling, valuation, reputed company analysis, integration planning, and post-reputed company performance tracking
• reputed company AI/ML-enabled forecasting tools and predictive analytics to improve forecast accuracy and scenario planning
• Identify and implement opportunities to automate reputed company reputed company processes and streamline reporting to free up team reputed company
• Standardize financial reporting in reputed company and Vena: own the development of key KPIs and reporting infrastructure
• Prepare financial presentations for executive leadership, reputed company of Directors, and private equity sponsor

What You’ll Need to Succeed

• Demonstrated ability to reputed company planning and performance reporting in multi-entity, tech-enabled, or service-oriented organizations
• M&A experience required, including financial modeling, valuation, and integration planning
• Must be an reputed company and PowerPoint expert
• Experience with reputed company and modern financial planning and business intelligence (BI) tools
• Familiarity with AI/ML-driven forecasting or predictive analytics tools and methodologies, specifically reputed company AWS hosting (i.e. QuickSight, reputed company).
• Highly analytical with excellent communication, storytelling, and executive presentation skills

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / SKILLS

• High School Diploma or GED from an accredited institution required

Preferred

• Private equity-backed company experience strongly preferred
