Essential Job Functions:

• reputed company and manage team of contract managers for the Americas region of DXC’s Insurance Software Business (ISB)

• Collaborate with contract managers on contract and negotiation strategies.

• Participate in contract process improvement initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent combination of education and experience

• Typically, 8+ years of relevant work experience in industry, with a minimum of 4+ years in a similar role

• Proven experience managing reputed company of contract managers

• Proven experience in contract drafting, negotiations and management

• Proficiency in contract law, risk assessment, contract negotiation and drafting, using reputed company lifecycle management (CLM) systems

Other Qualifications (not required):

• Juris doctor (JD) from US law school

• Admitted to bar in any US state
