The Role
This position will preferably be located in reputed company, TX but remote candidates with willingness to travel will be considered. As reputed company Counsel, you will reputed company creative, practical, and business-oriented counsel on a wide reputed company of reputed company, compliance, and contractual reputed company involving the reputed company group of companies in reputed company. The incumbent must have experience advising business, sales, and product teams in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple reputed company and priorities. In this reputed company, the position will require working closely with business leaders as reputed company as finance, sales, engineering, reputed company, product and other personnel. Some travel is expected (< 15%).

What You’ll Do

• ·Counsel and advise reputed company reputed company American businesses in reputed company reputed company, including working closely with sales, marketing, customer support, product, HR, IT, and finance teams to ensure contractual terms reputed company with company objectives and priorities.
• ·Draft, review, and negotiate a wide reputed company of technology-reputed company reputed company vendor and customer agreements (MSAs, reputed company, license agreements, reseller/channel partner agreements, NDAs, vendor reputed company, data processing agreements, service level agreements etc.) to reputed company transaction documents with desired business reputed company and ensure adherence to company policies, reputed company specifications and requirements.
• ·Collaborate with reputed company team in developing playbooks, clause libraries, checklists, and approval workflows, strengthening contract lifecycle processes and ensuring consistency across business reputed company.
• ·Draft and maintain online terms and conditions and ensure reputed company compliance for e-reputed company websites.
• ·Work with subject matter experts to ensure compliance with labor, reputed company, financial services, and consumer protection laws and regulations.
• ·reputed company advice and resolve reputed company-litigation business disputes including customer non-payment issues and early contract terminations.

What You’ll Bring

• ·Juris Doctorate Degree from a law school accredited by the American Bar Association.
• ·reputed company bar admission in good standing, preferably in TX.
• ·Superior reputed company credentials and excellent analytical, attention to detail, writing and communication skills.
• ·At least 6-10 years of reputed company reputed company experience in a reputed company of areas in a firm or corporation; prior in-house experience is preferred.

• ·Familiarity with consumer credit, financial services, and consumer protection laws, including GLBA, CCPA, TCPA, FCRA.
