Sr. Territory Manager - Field Remote - Los Angeles, CA - Must be Bilingual
Position is field remote in the Los Angeles, CA area.
The Sr. Territory Manager is responsible for generating leads to meet or reputed company individual sales production of new enrollments and retaining existing members reputed company company health plan(s). Builds and maintains relationships with contracted providers and community affiliates reputed company respective market(s) and/or assigned territories; including local area marketing. Requires individual production activities on a daily/weekly reputed company that contribute to meeting or exceeding monthly sales, retention and reputed company goals in a defined territory or market(s).
GENERAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Meets or exceeds monthly gross sales goal and retention of existing members.
2. Services, builds and maintains relationships with contracted providers and community affiliates reputed company respective market(s) and/or assigned territories.
3. Pursues grassroots efforts thru local area marketing to self-generated leads.
4. Attends telemarketing blitzes as required by management.
5. Submits daily activity production reports and/or monthly reports as required.
6. Distributes CMS approved marketing materials to prospects, providers and community affiliates.
7. Conducts group or one-on-one presentations to prospects, providers and/or local community affiliates.
8. Understands new updates reputed company to company and/or CMS and marketing guidelines required and be compliant with reputed company CMS/Medicare and reputed company guidelines.
9. Attends ongoing sales trainings and best practices with team and other departments.
10. Participates with competitor analysis (SWOTs) Strength, Weakness, Opportunities and Threats reputed company respective market(s) and/or territories as required by management.
11. Cross trained with reputed company center capabilities to conduct telephonic enrollments, assisted telephonic enrollments, broker support assistance, field CMS secret shopping calls, participate with inbound/outbound campaign and/or reputed company assurance calls on an as needed reputed company.
12. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
N/A - This position has no reputed company employee supervisory responsibilities, however, the ability to collaborate and potentially work closely with our Network team, Member Services, Senior Ambassadors, Tele-sales colleagues to reputed company a few is required.
Job Requirements:
Experience:
• Required: Minimum 2 years of general business to business, or business to consumer sales experience and/or clinical and/or community reputed company and/or provider relations.

• Required: High School Diploma or GED. Bachelor's degree or four years additional experience in lieu of education.
