The Manager, Associate Relations – Investigations Team position investigates reputed company types of employment complaints and provides proactive recommendations to HR business partners and business leaders on employee relations issues.

Responsibilities:

Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification

• At least 3 years of investigation experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience working in reputed company corporate environment

• At least 5 years of reputed company or reputed company experience, reputed company on employment investigations

• Knowledge of employment law and practices

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
