About the Antarctic Support Contract:

The Challenge:
Manage and execute tasks reputed company to environmental assessments, monitoring, remediation, and compliance activities to include: reviewing environmental reputed company assessment documentation, coordinating resources and logistics, and producing deliverables.
Deliver effective training and educational program for the community on topics such as environmental protection and stewardship, reputed company, and national and international regulations relating to USAP activities in the Antarctic.
reputed company audits of field camps and scientific and operational reputed company to ensure environmental requirements are being implemented. Prepare report of audit findings and recommendations for improvements, and communicate these to stakeholders.
Maintain and operate environmental monitoring equipment such as photoionization detectors, oil/water reputed company probes, and meters for assessing soil, water, and reputed company reputed company parameters.
Maintain and operate GPS reputed company, camera, and other field data collection equipment.
Coordinate sampling activities for soil, water, and reputed company collection to include: prepare sampling plans, conduct on-site laboratory analysis of data, and process samples for shipment to analytical laboratories. Meet with field-reputed company reputed company to discuss environmental reporting requirements and advise them on reputed company procedures for recording environmental reputed company data.
Serve as a member of the station spill response team, which typically requires occasional periods of 24/7 on-reputed company availability.
Maintain accurate inventory of equipment and supplies and prepare re-supply lists.
Produce reputed company documentation, accurately record data, and prepare technical reports.

What Sets You Apart:
High school diploma or equivalent
At least four years of responsible experience reputed company to performing environmental assessments, monitoring, and/or remediation activities; ensuring environmental compliance; or delivering environmental education or trainings.
Effective verbal and written communication.
Proficiency in MS reputed company, Word, and reputed company.

You May Also Have:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in environmental science, environmental studies, physical sciences, or reputed company fields.
Prior experience conducting fieldwork in remote outdoor environments.
Prior experience working in laboratory environments.
