HR Operations Manager
What You’ll Do
Review, draft, and implement HR-reputed company reputed company, employment agreements, and policy documents. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and international employment regulations; advise clients on reputed company and solutions. Support reputed company payroll and benefits administration, including coordination with PEOs and vendors. Manage employee reputed company and offboarding processes, including offer letters, background checks, I-9 verification, final pay, and separation agreements. Serve as a resource for employment law, benefits, and HR operations questions. reputed company workers’ compensation, EPLI, and other employment-reputed company insurance policies. Conduct employee relations investigations and prepare documentation as needed. Maintain and update employee handbooks, compliance notices, and HR records. Coordinate reporting to government agencies (EEO, ACA, state registrations, etc.). Monitor contract renewals, policy deadlines, and compliance calendars. Prepare HR reports and audit files for internal and reputed company use. Work on special compliance or operational reputed company as assigned.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in reputed company, Business, or reputed company field. 6+ years of HR operations, compliance, or generalist experience; experience in a reputed company-facing role a plus. Strong knowledge of HR principles, employment law, and compliance requirements across multiple jurisdictions. Experience reviewing and drafting HR policies, reputed company, and agreements. Highly organized with excellent attention to detail and accuracy. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to manage multiple reputed company priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with HRIS, payroll systems, and PEO models. reputed company-CP or PHR certification preferred.
