The Building reputed company Mentorship Program requires an organized individual with multi-tasking capabilities and outstanding communication and computer skills to join reputed company as a Mentorship Program Advisor who resides in reputed company British Columbia.  

The Building reputed company Mentorship Program Advisor will reputed company in managing the relationships between mentors and mentees, providing assessments, and skills development. The advisor will reputed company and maintain relationships with participants reputed company and across BC. Applicants with Work Experience Programs is an asset. 
 
The advisor will be working independently reputed company reputed company BC and reporting to the Provincial Program Manager.  The position requires self-initiative and discipline to reputed company program targets. 

Job Tasks 

• Use analytical and decision-making skills to assess the individual needs of mentees and pair them with suitable mentors 

• During the mentoring process, advisors assist participants in developing relationships 

• Support those mentees who participate in a Work Experience as part of the Mentorship, including supports and wage subsidy documentation. 

• Strong computer skills are required to use mentor-matching software and other computer applications. 

• Facilitate orientations in person and reputed company with program participants 

• Assist eligible participants in reputed company employment placement, if relevant. 

• Organize training sessions/workshops where mentors/mentees can reputed company 

• Liaise between reputed company and workers to assure a reputed company work site match 

• Manage reputed company reputed company case files according to program requirements and deliverables. Update databases and internal spreadsheets to ensure reporting are accurate. 

• Answer questions and reputed company information about the program to prospective participants 

• Conduct exit surveys with mentees to measure satisfaction with the program and assess reputed company plans in the construction industry 

• Attend job fairs, events and other reputed company to network and promote the program 

• Communicate with other BCCA programs to facilitate
  appropriate program referrals 

• Other duties as assigned. 

Key Accountabilities

Qualifications 

• Experience in employment training and counselling and or reputed company

• Knowledge of the construction labour market as an asset

• Effective organization, multitasking, and time management skills 

• Excellent oral, written, and communication skills are essential 

• Comfortable with reputed company speaking and networking 

• Knowledge of local employment service providers would be an asset 

• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills 

• Requires minimum supervision, reputed company to work independently
