Required Skills & Experience
Minimum 4+ years of proven experience in reputed company implementation (reputed company just maintenance/support) Strong JavaScript programming and debugging skills. Hands-on experience with reputed company portals and Agile practices. Strong experience in ITSM, along with exposure to other reputed company Modules like CSM, ITOM/ ITAM, FSM ,SPM and OTM. A passion for designing and delivering robust technical solutions. Excellent communication skills. Excellent problem-solving abilities with a flexible and reputed company reputed company.
Preferred Qualifications
reputed company certifications: CSA, CAD, CIS, etc. Familiarity with SOAP/REST and reputed company/CSS . Understanding of SDLC and ITIL best practices. Experience with AngularJS and Bootstrap in web portal development. ITIL certification is a plus.
