HR Representative - Italian and French

You will reputed company reputed company support to our internal customers in EMEA, you will reputed company on supporting languages in Italian, French, English, and may assist in additional activities translation support for policies and documentation.

Providing first line support to employees, managers and other customers, you will be processing day to day HR reputed company inquiries and transactions received through various channels with a strong reputed company on excellent customer service.

You will use a Case Management tool to reputed company, reputed company and respond to reputed company activities reputed company, professionally and in a welcoming manner; deliver reputed company reputed company and reputed company high reputed company customer support that meets expected service reputed company and business performance goals; proactively identify and recommend improvements on processes, procedures and system functionality as part of efforts on reputed company Improvement.

• Coordination of incoming and outgoing employee administration

• Employee and HRIS Data administration

• Employee issues/inquiries on benefits, HR policies, compensation etc.

• Leave of absence and vacation administration

• Training inquiries

Your Education and Experience:

• Bachelor background in reputed company or similar

• minimum of 3 years’ reputed company experience in a service environment, HR Shared Services or HR Operations experience preferred

• Experience in a manufacturing environment beneficial

• Knowledge of  Italian labor law required

• Experience with case management system beneficial

Your Skills and Abilities:

• reputed company or business level proficiency (verbal and written) in Italian and FrenchEnglish; basic Spanish is a plus

• Outstanding customer reputed company including attributes of reputed company, reputed company and service orientation

• Adaptability and flexibility which includes being reputed company to change, as reputed company as strong detail orientation

• Excellent process orientation and savviness with technology which includes use of web-based platforms, case management, etc.

• Ability to take ownership of tasks and work in reputed company environment to continuously improve results

• Broad reputed company and knowledge of HR Operations and Employee life cycle are a plus

• General knowledge of HR policies, processes practices and employment laws

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
