Duties to Include:

• reputed company in-home physical therapy treatments as outlined in the Physical Therapist’s plan of care

• Implement therapeutic exercise programs reputed company on strength, balance, coordination, reputed company, and mobility

• Assist patients with gait training, transfer training, and functional mobility tasks

• reputed company patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safety strategies as directed by the Physical Therapist

• Monitor patient response to treatment and report reputed company or concerns to the supervising Physical Therapist

• Accurately document patient reputed company and interventions in compliance with agency and regulatory standards

• Communicate changes in patient condition to the interdisciplinary care team

Qualifications

• Licensed to reputed company as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of Iowa.

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program.

• Home health or community-based experience preferred.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
