To provide end-to-end travel management services to support employees and executives on business travel requirements.Ensure seamless travel planning and execution, focusing on cost-effective arrangements and adherence to corporate travel policies.
Handle complex itineraries, manage relationships with travel vendors, and provide proactive customer service to ensure all travellers experience efficient, reliable, and safe travel arrangements.
Provide information on facilities and services, events and attractions, tours, travel routes and transportation schedules to niche clients.

Are you someone who can:
Deliver exceptional after-hours travel support aligned to eBucks Lifestyle standards
Provide seamless support in collaboration with the daytime operations team
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to enhance retention and loyalty
Always go the extra mile to deliver a premium, personalised customer experience
Manage emergency bookings
Manage complex, multi-sector itineraries
Manage last-minute changes, reissues, refunds, and cancellations
Recommend and cross-sell relevant travel products and services
Maximise revenue opportunities while prioritising client needs
Handle end-to-end travel arrangements, including:
o Flights, hotels, cruises, transfer services, car hire
o Sporting, music, and special event bookings
Quote, book, and manage complex and bespoke itineraries
Arrange special reservations and ad hoc services for VIP clients
Tailor high-touch luxury travel packages in collaboration with suppliers
· Provide up-to-date travel advice on:
o Visas and passports
o Travel terms & conditions
o Cancellation policies
o Insurance, health, safety, currency, and Covid protocols
Build strong relationships with preferred suppliers to enable swift resolution during emergencies
Liaise with personal bankers and product houses where applicable
Source travel products and information efficiently and cost-effectively
Process payments, discounts, refunds, and amendments accurately
Manage complaints in collaboration with management
Keep clients informed of changes impacting their bookings
Promote destinations, tour packages, concierge, and value-added services
Identify and maximise sales opportunities
Achieve monthly KPIs as set by management
Proactively propose new initiatives and creative ideas for enhancing client experiences
Maintain high attention to detail across all operational and administrative tasks
Operate effectively both within a team environment and autonomously
You will be an ideal candidate if you have:
National Diploma in Travel or equivalent qualification (essential)
Fully bilingual - English (Read, Write, Speak – essential)
Minimum 10 years’ experience as a Travel Consultant within the travel industry Expert working knowledge of Galileo or Amadeus GDS (imperative)
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Impeccable attention to detail
Strong decision-making ability under pressure
Proficiency in:
o MS Word, Excel, Outlook
o CRM systems
o Travel-related booking and payment platforms
Proven experience in:
o Leisure and corporate travel
o Travel concierge or similar high-touch service models
o VIP or Ultra High Net Worth clientele (strong advantage)
· Proven recent international travel experience

· Monday – Thursday: 17h00 – 08h00
· Friday: 17h00 – 09h00 Saturday
· Saturday – Monday: 12h00 – 08h00
· Public Holidays:
o 08h00 – 17h00
o 17h00 – 02h00
o 02h00 – 08h00
Note:
· Shifts are rotational and may vary based on operational requirements.
· Total working hours will not exceed 176 hours within a 4-week cycle.

This is a home-based role. Attendance at the office will be required periodically for:
