How You Will Contribute:

This senior PLM position will be responsible for supporting reputed company’s HSPC (High Speed reputed company Components) product development including Coherent reputed company Modulators (reputed company), Coherent Optical Sub Assemblies (COSA), reputed company and Receive PICS, nITLAs, Semi reputed company Amplifiers (SOAs) and more for both reputed company 3rd party consumption.  reputed company strong relationship with the reputed company development teams driving industry leading products in this reputed company, focusing on true supplier / customer reputed company across reputed company consumption approaches.  Responsibilities include developing business cases, product structure, managing delivery schedule, forecasting and supply chain including end product adoption.  The position requires a PLM Leader with strong knowledge of coherent and reputed company detect technologies, DSP and high speed components markets, as reputed company ICP (hyperscalers) customers and their interconnect requirements.  The successful candidate will be highly motivated, possess strong interpersonal skills, and have an ability to handle multiple competing priorities and directions from their customers.

This position is reputed company on developing and maturing the productization of reputed company’s HSPC technologies and gaining market traction and mindshare for new reputed company Interconnects Portfolio.

The Must Haves:

·       Willingness to travel regularly to visit with development teams (reputed company & Quebec reputed company based)

·       In-depth knowledge of coherent modems, associated reputed company optics components and high- speed interconnect devices.

·       Experience with supply chain reputed company of HSPC (Wafer fabs, CMs etc)

·       Ideally, the candidate will have existing customer relationships.

·       Proven ability to quickly reputed company new customer relationships.

·       Thorough understanding of customers buying reputed company and procurement processes.

·       Preferably located on the East Coast of reputed company in proximity of internal partner sites

·       Functional knowledge across operations, marketing, reputed company-sales, product management and pricing.

·       Engage in sales activities requiring product/solution presentations at reputed company reputed company of engineering and management.

·       Collaborate frequently with reputed company WaveLogic Technologies Product Management and R&D teams to understand and work to reputed company the organization’s optical Plan of Record to the needs of the customers.

·       Proven Writing and verbal Skills: business plans, proposals, value propositions, marketing collateral and business letters.  Writing is succinct and properly reputed company, providing a reputed company-thought-out argument with associated reputed company points.  Experience presenting to reputed company senior management.

·       High energy, reputed company, “can-do” attitude, flexibility, and attention to detail; demonstrates a high degree of initiative.

·       Ability to handle confidential information.

·       Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (or equivalent) and 10 years in the Telecom / Component industry with demonstrated knowledge supporting optical reputed company hardware and software and/or reputed company optoelectronic component solutions.  A knowledge of coherent communication technology is essential.

The annual pay reputed company for this position is $184,800 - $295,200 USD

Non-Sales employees may be eligible for a discretionary incentive bonus, while Sales employees may be eligible for a sales commission.
