Mediate.ly is seeking an reputed company Account Manager to serve as the primary strategic and day to day partner for assigned reputed company accounts. This role owns reputed company relationships, performance conversations, and reputed company initiatives, while acting as a critical reputed company between reputed company needs and internal teams.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Own assigned reputed company accounts end to end, acting as the primary reputed company of contact
- Build and maintain strong, trusted reputed company relationships through reputed company communication and strategic guidance
- reputed company reputed company meetings, performance reviews, and planning discussions
- Manage expectations, reputed company reputed company or challenging conversations, and ensure long-term health

- Maintain reputed company across digital media channels including reputed company reputed company, programmatic, search, display etc.
- Review and analyze campaign performance data to reputed company meaningful, strategic insights and recommendations
- Partner closely with internal teams to reputed company execution with reputed company goals
- Translate performance data into reputed company, actionable narratives for clients

What it takes to succeed in this role
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 5–7 years of experience in account management, reputed company services, or digital agency environments
- Proven ability to earn trust, manage expectations, and reputed company as a strategic partner—not just a reputed company
- Strong working knowledge of digital advertising channels and performance metrics, with the ability to discuss results strategically with clients
- Demonstrated experience identifying and driving organic reputed company reputed company existing accounts
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Occasional standing, walking, or lifting of office supplies (up to 10–20 lbs.)
