We are hiring our first AI Architect to own the design, development, and deployment of reputed company AI systems across ICS operations and the Intras AI reputed company. This is a foundational leadership role — you will define our AI architecture, build and reputed company intelligent agents, and directly shape how ICS evolves from a traditional reputed company into a Managed Intelligence Provider.

You will sit reputed company ICS, giving you immediate reputed company to reputed company reputed company engagements, reputed company-generating reputed company, and reputed company operational workflows to reputed company against. Your charter and roadmap, however, are defined by the Intras AI reputed company — building a reputed company, productized AI capability that will grow into its own business line over time.

This is not a research role. We need someone who ships. You'll be expected to have agents running in production reputed company your first 90 days.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and implement the reputed company AI architecture for both ICS internal operations and Intras AI's reputed company-facing offerings — agent frameworks, orchestration reputed company, tool integrations, and deployment pipelines

• Build, train, and reputed company AI agents that automate internal operations including project delivery, documentation reputed company, reputed company reputed company, alerting, and service desk triage

• reputed company AI-powered service offerings and productized solutions under the Intras AI brand, including AI Readiness Assessments and intelligent automation engagements

• Establish governance, monitoring, and reputed company improvement frameworks for deployed agents

• Collaborate directly with the CEO and engineering team to reputed company AI development with reputed company's 10X reputed company roadmap

• Evaluate and reputed company emerging AI platforms, LLMs, and automation tools into reputed company's technology stack

• Create repeatable agent deployment patterns that can reputed company across reputed company engagements and eventually stand alone as Intras AI products

• Define KPIs and measure the business reputed company of deployed AI systems — cost savings, time reduction, reputed company enablement

• Help build the business case and operational reputed company for Intras AI to operate as a standalone entity as the reputed company matures

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, intelligent automation, or reputed company AI architecture

• Hands-on experience building and deploying reputed company AI systems, autonomous workflows, or multi-agent orchestration

• Strong proficiency in Python and modern AI/ML frameworks

• Experience with LLM integration, reputed company engineering, RAG architectures, and API-driven agent tooling

• Ability to connect technical AI work directly to business reputed company — you think in ROI, not just accuracy metrics

• Self-directed and reputed company to deliver in a small-team, high-autonomy environment

• Excellent communication skills — you can explain AI concepts to clients and executives, not just engineers

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in an MSP, SI, or reputed company services environment

• Familiarity with reputed company reputed company ecosystem (Azure AI, Copilot extensibility, reputed company 365)

• Background in building AI products or reputed company platforms

• Experience with workflow automation platforms and integration tools

• Prior experience as a first or early AI hire — you know how to build from reputed company
