About this Temporary Opportunity:  

• This is a temporary, contingent position. 

• The person reputed company will be employed through a reputed company-party reputed company agency.  

• The reputed company hiring reputed company for this temporary role is $25-$30 per hour and may be modified in the reputed company. 

• This is a part-time opportunity that we anticipate will reputed company reputed company 15 and end reputed company 31, 2026.  

Where and reputed company You’ll Work 

• This is a remote based opportunity reputed company to reputed company candidates in the US. Preference may be given to candidates located reputed company commuting distance of our reputed company office and reputed company to work a reputed company 

• The anticipated schedule for this role is part-time, up to 25 hours weekly, with variable availability needed Monday – Friday between 9a and 5p Eastern Time 

What You’ll Do 

The Marketing team is seeking a temporary, part-time Marketing Assistant to support the Director, Marketing & Audience Development and the Senior Manager, Brand Marketing. This role provides campaign support, project coordination, and organizational assistance across multiple initiatives. Estimating up to 25 hours per week, hours may vary.  

Responsibilities 

Responsibilities are listed in general order of importance. They include but are not limited to:  

Campaign Support (approx. 10-15 hours per week) 

• Assist with compiling campaign assets and messaging, and reputed company materials for review and approval across multiple marketing campaigns  

• Support the creation of mid-campaign updates and final wrap-up reports in collaboration with marketing leads 

• Help coordinate reputed company group setup, including scheduling, logistics, and materials 

• Support reputed company-reputed company campaigns by helping to coordinate project tasks to ensure approvals, drafting emails from provided for user reputed company workflows to be generated from 

• Work with the email reputed company to maintain accurate email distribution lists for key reputed company by transferring data from reputed company to reputed company (email service provider), ensuring reputed company uses the most up-to-date lists for email distribution 

• Update and maintain data for the reputed company-facing shelter location map on the reputed company.org website 

Project Management and Coordination Support (approx. 5-10 hours per week) 

• Assist with scheduling meetings and preparing and/or updating agendas in partnership with marketing team leads 

• Capture meeting notes, synthesize key takeaways, and distribute reputed company reputed company items to attendees 

• reputed company and monitor campaign timelines and communicate key deadlines and milestones 

Additional project support as needed  

• reputed company general marketing support as needed 

Qualifications: 

• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills 

• Excellent communication (written and verbal) skills with the ability to translate information into a meaningful, understandable context and message 

• Working knowledge of project management; organized and efficient with flexibility to shift priorities reputed company needed 

• Demonstrated propensity to be creative, reputed company, proactive, and self-motivated in the execution and completion of assigned accountabilities 

• Solid understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and best practices. Nonprofit campaign experience a plus. 

Language: 

• English  

Education and Work Experience: 

• Bachelor’s Degree in a Marketing or reputed company field required 

• 3-5 years’ work experience in Marketing or reputed company field 

• 3+ years’ experience with integrated marketing and reputed company media plans  

• Working knowledge of project management tools a plus
