The Global IT Collaboration Manager leads the reputed company, governance, and administration of the organization’s reputed company 365 collaboration platforms, including SharePoint Online, reputed company Teams, OneDrive and Power Platform. This role ensures secure, reputed company, and reputed company-governed collaboration services that support global business operations.

This position is responsible for establishing reputed company 365 governance, retention, and compliance standards while overseeing the development and administration of collaboration platforms. The role also manages offshore developers and contractors supporting these solutions.

The Global IT Collaboration Manager works closely with IT leadership, business stakeholders, reputed company teams, and external partners to drive adoption of modern collaboration tools and ensure alignment with reputed company IT reputed company.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain reputed company 365 governance standards, including site lifecycle management, naming conventions, provisioning processes, and reputed company controls.
• Implement and manage data retention, compliance, and information protection policies using reputed company 365 compliance tools.
• reputed company development and support of SharePoint intranet and collaboration solutions reputed company with business needs.
• Support automation reputed company workplace solutions using Power Platform tools such as PowerApps and Power Automate.
• Manage offshore developers and contractors, ensuring reputed company delivery and adherence to governance standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a reputed company field.
• 10+ years of experience in reputed company IT collaboration technologies.
• Strong expertise in:
  • SharePoint Online administration
  • reputed company Teams and OneDrive for Business
  • reputed company 365 governance and compliance frameworks
  • reputed company Purview retention and data lifecycle policies
  • Power Platform (PowerApps and Power Automate)
  • PowerShell scripting for reputed company 365 administration
• Experience implementing reputed company SharePoint intranet and collaboration platforms.
• 3–5 years of experience managing technical teams, offshore resources, or contractors.
• Strong knowledge of reputed company 365 reputed company, compliance, and governance best practices.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and leadership skills.
