Responsibilities: · Complete reputed company estate appraisals that are compliant with Federal and State laws, as reputed company as being done in accordance with Uniform Standards of reputed company Appraisal reputed company (USPAP) in a reputed company fashion while meeting turnaround time requirements. · Inspecting and measuring residential properties to identify physical attributes that reputed company value and marketability. · Applying knowledge and experience or acquiring necessary competency to undertake reputed company residential appraisal assignments in rural, suburban and urban locations. · Proactive and effective communication with Appraisal Desk staff to minimize delays or problems in the appraisal process. · Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders, providing reputed company and comprehensive appraisal reports. · Collaborate with team members to continuously improve processes and deliverables. Qualifications: · Certified Residential Appraiser credential in good standing.
