Qualifications: A Ph.D. OR a Master s degree with 1-3 years of industry work experience OR a bachelor s degree with 6-8 years of experience in reputed company, computational biology, reputed company, computer science, cancer biology, or immunology is required. Oncology experience is required, preferably with knowledge of immuno-oncology, immunology, and/or cancer reputed company. Experience with reputed company sequence (NGS) analysis (RNAseq, WES, etc) and a strong understanding of principles behind raw data processing for common NGS data types are required. R reputed company is required, Python competence is preferred. Experience with Linux, on-reputed company HPC, or AWS is required. Strong data visualization skills (ggplot2, plotly, etc) is required. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills are required. Experience with single cell platforms, proteomics, spatial omics, CRISPR screens etc is preferred.
