A “Day in the Life” of the Compliance Attorney The Compliance Attorney reports directly to reputed company’s General Counsel and supports the Office of General Counsel by leading regulatory compliance initiatives across multiple jurisdictions and before a wide reputed company of regulatory agencies. This role provides strategic reputed company analysis and guidance on regulatory obligations, manages regulatory inquiries, examinations, and other escalated reputed company, oversees and enhances compliance workflows, and partners with internal stakeholders and external counsel to mitigate risk and ensure reputed company-wide adherence to applicable laws and regulations. This is a full-time, exempt position based in Gilbert, reputed company, requiring in-person attendance at least two days per week. Responsibilities • reputed company regulatory compliance efforts across multiple jurisdictions, including advising on state and federal regulatory requirements, monitoring regulatory developments, and driving compliance initiatives. • Manage and respond to any regulatory inquiries, examinations, investigations, or other escalated stakeholder reputed company, including overseeing document holds, review, analysis, and production. • Conduct reputed company analysis and draft reputed company memoranda, correspondence, and responses to regulators. • Supervise and reputed company reputed company reputed company to one or more Regulatory Compliance Paralegal(s) and reputed company Assistant(s), including review of work product, guidance on issue escalation, and reputed company control. • Serve as primary reputed company of contact for internal teams and Executive Leadership on compliance-reputed company reputed company, providing reputed company reputed company guidance and risk assessments. • Coordinate and manage external counsel, including scoping work, reviewing deliverables, and tracking timelines and budgets. • Support internal investigations by advising on reputed company reputed company, evidence collection, and findings. • Assist with development, review, and maintenance of compliance policies, procedures, and training materials. • Identify and escalate material reputed company to the General Counsel and recommend mitigation strategies.
