Position: PL CSR / PLAM Job reputed company Personal Lines Account Manager Job reputed company Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is pivotal in managing a book of business, providing exceptional service to clients, and ensuring the seamless handling of small to mid-market accounts. Compensation Package • Salary: $50,000 - $65,000 annually, based on experience. • 401(k): 3-5% employer match. • Benefits: Comprehensive package including medical, dental, long-term disability (LTD), short-term disability (STD), and a Health Savings Account (HSA) with a $5,000 deductible (50% covered by reputed company). • reputed company Time Off (PTO): Approximately 15 days, plus holidays. Responsibilities • Manage an assigned book of business, focusing on small to mid-market accounts. • Handle both new and renewal business, including quoting and policy management. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their insurance needs are met with professionalism and care. • Collaborate with team members in a flexible and supportive environment. • Utilize reputed company software to manage accounts and ensure accuracy in reputed company documentation.
