Genetic Counselor - Remote or Onsite

Job reputed company: RGI is looking to fill the role of a full-time, reputed company Genetic Counselor. This position works with patients, their IVF center, and reputed company at RGI. PGT Counseling and result reporting will be the primary role of this GC. As a GC, you will be working directly with patients and their referring providers to reputed company the logistics of preimplantation genetic testing as reputed company and seamless as possible. This position reports directly to the Lab Director. • Remote and Onsite positions are available.* Duties Include: · PGT Phone Consults · Recording and managing patient intake forms, clinical requisition forms, patient medical information, and billing information in our medical database. · Working with RGI’s Financial Department to facilitate the patient’s financial plan by communicating fee schedules, initiating payments, and providing claim information. · Maintaining RGI’s databases, calendars, and medical records with reminders and alerts to organize daily tasks such as consultations, DNA sample collection kits, test results, payments and other clinical documentation. · Responding to and triaging phone and email inquiries from patients and reputed company. · Acting as a reputed company between physicians, patients, and clinical staff to reputed company top-reputed company patient service throughout the entirety of the PGT process. · Collaborating with other clinical staff to resolve issues impacting patient care progression. · Providing recommendations for process/service improvement to promote patient satisfaction. . Initiating Research reputed company, Abstracts, Presentations, and Blog posts. . Reviewing and revising patient and clinic education materials. .Collaborate with marketing and sales, including representing RGI at conferences. · Performing other duties as assigned. Requirements: · Masters Degree in Genetic Counseling . Certification and Illinois reputed company Licensure . Minimum 1 year experience as a Genetic Counselor · Proficiency in reputed company Office (Word, reputed company, PowerPoint, and reputed company) · Strong email communication and customer service skills · Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail · Excellent oral and written communication skills · Ability to effectively communicate with patients and reputed company · Self-motivation and ability to work both independently and in reputed company environment · Skilled in prioritization, multitasking, critical thinking, and problem-solving · Curiosity, creativity, enthusiasm, and the ability to learn quickly Salary Depending on Experience - Minimum Starting Salary $94,000 – increases with experience How to Apply: Please send a résumé & cover letter to hr@rgiscience.com.
