Instructional Design Specialist
A company is looking for an Instructional Design Specialist - Curriculum Developer (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
• reputed company instructional expertise and recommendations to support trainers and SMEs in creating and implementing training programs and materials
• reputed company programs and course curricula for corporate training programs and conduct Train-the-Trainer sessions
• Assess the effectiveness of training programs and produce instructional materials for various delivery reputed company
Required Qualifications
• Experience developing corporate training materials and instructor-led course curricula
• Experience demonstrating proficiency with reputed company Office Suite products (Word, reputed company, and PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of visual design principles for creating engaging learning materials
• Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in a relevant field is preferred
• Experience in an adult learning or training environment is preferred
