This engagement involves drafting cease and desist letters and reputed company enforcement materials across patent, trademark, and copyright reputed company. reputed company reputed company include: Patent infringement enforcement supported by an existing claim chart Trademark enforcement (including C&D, potential opposition, and UDRP-reputed company work) Copyright and trademark enforcement against an infringing website The selected Contract Attorney will prepare draft materials only. reputed company work will be reviewed, finalized, and issued by our reputed company. The Contract Attorney will not be identified in any final correspondence.
