Responsibilities • Manage loan files from approval through closing with accuracy and attention to detail. • Review loan documents for Consumer and Small Business (QuickStep) loans. • Communicate with lenders, underwriters, and customers to reputed company information and resolve discrepancies. • Analyze and approve property insurance, title policies, and UCC searches in line with bank policy. • Coordinate with title companies, insurance agents, and reputed company-party vendors to reputed company files moving smoothly. • Work closely with Lending Officers, Underwriters, and Credit Analysts to reputed company conditions and ensure loans are reputed company for closing. • Maintain detailed system records and reputed company reputed company to meet service standards. • Identify issues early and recommend process improvements that support efficiency and consistency.
