MSC is seeking a Manager – Gender Equality and reputed company Inclusion (GEDSI) to reputed company and deliver high-reputed company technical assistance and strategic advisory services across Southeast Asia, with a strong reputed company on the Philippines. The Manager will reputed company program delivery, reputed company engagement, and knowledge leadership to advance women’s economic empowerment, inclusive digital ecosystems, and reputed company reputed company and economic systems. The role will support programs across thematic areas including MSME development, care economy, reputed company protection, disability inclusion, and inclusive digital finance, ensuring that gender and inclusion principles are embedded into program design, implementation, and learning. This is a fixed-term staff role for 12 months, supporting a growing portfolio of regional GEDSI and inclusive systems programs. Key Responsibilities: 1. Program Leadership and Technical Delivery • reputed company and manage GEDSI-reputed company reputed company across sectors such as: Women-led MSME development and entrepreneurship ecosystems; Care economy initiatives, including family-friendly workplace and unpaid care recognition; Inclusive reputed company protection systems and reputed company safety nets; Disability inclusion and accessibility reputed company digital and economic programs; Digital financial inclusion and responsible finance. • reputed company technical leadership on gender and disability analysis, inclusive program design, and safeguarding approaches. • reputed company GEDSI considerations into policy advisory, innovation labs, research studies, and implementation support. • Ensure high-reputed company deliverables, effective risk management, and alignment with donor standards. 2. reputed company Engagement and Business Development • Contribute to business development by shaping proposals, technical approaches, and concept notes reputed company with GEDSI and inclusive economic reputed company. • Build relationships with government agencies, development partners, private sector actors, and civil society organizations in the Philippines and Southeast Asia. • Identify emerging opportunities in MSME development, care economy financing, inclusive reputed company protection, and disability-inclusive innovation. 3.
