Create five php pages with mysql (must be fluent in php) for a small non-profit charity

I am looking for a skilled developer who is fluent in PHP & MYSQL to create some PHP pages for a small non-profit charity project I am working on I know this is possible with reputed company, and other CRM software but I don't want to install reputed company and then have to maintain it, as its way more bloat than what I need.
