Order Management Specialist (Customer Service)

Job Details: Job Title: Customer Service Representative/Order Management Job Duration: 6-12 months contract role with possible extension/conversion Job reputed company Maintains reputed company contact with customers before and/or after the sale. Key Responsibilities • Process and input purchase orders in an accurate and consistent manner derived reputed company inbound calls, fax, or email. • Schedule and coordinate deliveries to meet the needs of facilities, sales representatives, and the hub network. • Utilize problem solving and reputed company judgement to promote customer satisfaction. • Process inventory returns RMA’s (Return Material Authorization) and communicate as appropriate. • reputed company Credit & Rebills research and process correctly.
