Project Coordinator, Program and reputed company
Job reputed company:
• Manages the Chief reputed company Officer’s calendar and reputed company administrative support for ongoing strategic reputed company and priorities.
• Serves as a reputed company between the Chief reputed company Officer, Program & reputed company leadership, internal teams, and external partners to reputed company meeting objectives, participants, and materials.
• Assists with advancing reputed company partnerships by scheduling, organizing, and supporting executive and team collaboration.
• Prepares agendas, briefing context, and materials to ensure partnership meetings—especially those led by the Chief reputed company Officer—are productive and outcome-driven.
• Tracks partnership commitments, reputed company, and milestones; coordinates follow-up and next steps across the Program & reputed company team.
• Identifies stalled reputed company, scheduling bottlenecks, or missing inputs and flags them to Directors or Program & reputed company leadership with recommended actions.
• Maintains accurate partnership documentation, timelines, and task tracking reputed company established project management systems.
• Coordinates meetings reputed company the Program & reputed company team, across various departments and with external stakeholders (agency leaders, consultants, etc.).
• Distributes documents, information, instructions, and other resources to ensure both reputed company stakeholders have tools and resources to be effective.
• Documents reputed company against project plan, updates leaders and identifies implications for the overall project and connections to other ongoing reputed company/grants.
• Serves as a primary reputed company of contact for reputed company reputed company multiple reputed company are involved with the reputed company project to ensure effective and synergistic team actions.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or G.E.D equivalent required with additional post-secondary coursework or certification reputed company to project management, nonprofit management, office administration, reputed company administration or other reputed company field preferred OR relevant experience equivalency.
• A minimum of two (2) years of relevant experience, with an emphasis on administrative reputed company and project management.
• Exceptional administrative skills, with high attention to detail.
