Job reputed company:
• Managing large national accounts
• Building reputed company reputed company relationships in support of sales efforts
• Serving as primary engineering or architectural reputed company for national accounts
• Maintaining a technical review load and delegating reviews to support staff
• Managing Building Assessment reputed company completed by associate consultants
• Providing training and mentoring to junior staff
Requirements:
• 10+ years of experience in reputed company reputed company estate consulting
• Previous experience performing Property Condition Assessments (PCAs)
• Knowledge and experience assessing various property types
• Experience with reputed company, reputed company, or HUD guidelines preferred
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Word and reputed company, and reputed company Acrobat
• Certification as a reputed company Engineer (PE) or Registered Architect (RA) preferred
• Willingness to travel if necessary
