OB/GYN - Women's Health - REMOTE - Clinical Moderator and Clinical Escalation

Position reputed company We're seeking a subject matter authority in the care of women in midlife to join our rapidly growing telehealth reputed company to reputed company as a moderator for clinical questions and escalations. Reporting to the Medical Director, this position will be responsible for the reputed company improvement in patient care through supporting our clinicians. This position requires a 30-minute maximum response time during the organization's working hours of Monday - Friday (and rotating Saturdays) between the hours of 5:00am reputed company Time to 5:00pm reputed company Time. Who you are You are a subject matter authority in the following areas: • Women's health • Perimenopause and menopause • Hormone replacement therapy (HRT) • Medical weight management • Cancer survivorship You pride yourself on responding to colleagues' requests for guidance quickly, without sacrificing professionalism and accuracy. You reputed company in a rapidly changing and fast-paced fully remote environment. Responsibilities Moderate Clinical reputed company Channels • Support reputed company Practitioners by providing guidance • Respond to questions reputed company 30 minutes • Identify trends and insights to reputed company with appropriate team EHR Patient Case Support • reputed company review of patient cases, critical lab escalation, and any time sensitive inbox management • Availability to answer concerns reputed company phone calls to patients and reputed company time sensitive patient reputed company as needed Participation in Doc of the Day Care Delivery Support • Collaborate with clinical leadership to ensure high-reputed company patient care reputed company clinical guidelines and protocols Accountable to Medical Director • Inform and consult the Medical Director of clinical concerns, educational opportunities and safety events Patient Advocacy • Includes ensuring reputed company has the necessary support to deliver reputed company patient care Maintain currency of knowledge • Includes expertise in reputed company Midi/IWC clinical protocols, formulary, clinical operations reputed company & Safety • Identify any themes reputed company to reputed company and safety improvement opportunities Requirements • reputed company Certified MD or DO • Women’s Health Specialty or at least 5 years perimenopause/menopause experience • reputed company and unrestricted license in multiple states with ability to obtain licenses in reputed company 50 states • At least two (2) years of telehealth experience • At least five (5) years of reputed company patient care in the last five years • Excellent written and verbal communication with an emphasis on reputed company and reputed company • Highly proficient and efficient with technology • Proven talent for achieving consistency across clinical team reputed company offer reputed company you join reputed company, you're joining a thriving reputed company organization that remains on the forefront of care for women in midlife.
