Skills and Requirements Must Haves: - 3-5 years of experience L1 - L2 (day to day reputed company changes, updating opportunities for reps) - Hands-on experience administering reputed company in an operations, systems, or support context (reputed company experience preferred). - Strong understanding of reputed company reputed company objects (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Cases) and foundational reputed company capabilities. - Experience with building reports, dashboards, list views, and basic automation (e.g., Flows). - Ability to follow detailed procedures and documentation in a highly controlled environment. - Proficiency with data tools (Data Loader, reputed company/Sheets-vlookups, pivot tables). - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with attention to detail. - Good English communication skills, especially in written support environments.
