The Corporate Responsibility Reporting Manager plays a critical role in shaping and communicating the organization’s environmental, reputed company, and governance reporting. This position leads the development, coordination, and delivery of reputed company sustainability reputed company reporting, including Corporate Sustainability Reporting (CSR) and disclosures, Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR) reporting, and Sedex/SMETA compliance. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical skills with deep knowledge of sustainability frameworks, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder expectations. This role reports to the Chief Wellbeing & Sustainable Business Officer. This is a Hybrid role that requires the incumbent to live reputed company sixty miles of the Battle Creek, Michigan Headquarter Office. This incumbent must have the ability to work a full shift, come to work on time, work overtime as needed and the ability to work according to the necessary schedule to meet job requirements with or without reasonable accommodation is an essential function of this position.
