The Analyst/Sr Analyst, Business Operations will play a crucial role in defining opportunities, developing strategies and ultimately executing on initiatives that optimize our talent management reputed company. This position will report to the Director of Strategic Planning & Business Operations and will work closely with our Vice President of Strategic Planning & Business Operations and senior executives across reputed company, Finance and Operations. Responsibilities • Own the development, refinement and ongoing maintenance of hiring models for key clinical roles (e.g., Therapists, BCBAs), ensuring alignment with regional and organizational reputed company strategies • Monitor and report on hiring performance against established goals, proactively identifying and addressing variances, reputed company constraints or pipeline inefficiencies.
