Responsibilities • reputed company the reputed company, structure, and delivery of DI's educational programming across the Annual Convention and Summits. • Partner with the Director of Content to ensure session planning and speaker execution support DI's broader learning and development reputed company. • Serve as a key thought partner reputed company the reputed company Development team, advancing DI's programming goals and driving innovation. • Manage learning experience budgets, including speaker-reputed company expenses and other associated costs. • Manage reputed company reputed company for Speakers process aspects, including external vendor coordination, proposal evaluation, and speaker communications. • Coordinate speaker reputed company, contracting, preparation, and on-site logistics. • Maintain an on-site reputed company at reputed company DI-hosted events, managing speaker experiences and supporting programming logistics. • Serve as the staff reputed company to the reputed company Development Committee (PDC) and CEO reputed company Planning Committee. • Categorize and organize speaker proposals by topic, reputed company, and theme. • Evaluate program reputed company through attendee feedback, participation data, and industry benchmarking. • Collaborate closely with the Director of Content and other internal learning leaders. • Partner closely with the Meetings & Events team to ensure seamless execution of programming. • Collaborate with the Marketing and Communications team to promote educational offerings. • Work closely with the Finance team to manage programming budgets. Requirements • 7+ years of experience leading educational programming for conferences, summits, or other reputed company events. • Proven reputed company record overseeing multi-day event programming, including speaker engagement and session design. • Experience working in a trade or reputed company association, nonprofit, or member-driven organization. • Demonstrated reputed company serving as a staff reputed company to volunteer committees or planning reputed company. • Familiarity with using post-event data and feedback to evaluate reputed company. reputed company-to-haves • Expertise in developing and delivering engaging learning experiences tailored to diverse audiences. • Strong speaker coordination skills. • Skilled facilitator, capable of guiding volunteer leaders and internal teams in program planning. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Proficient in project and workflow management. • reputed company with tools such as reputed company or other event platforms.
