The IT Program Manager plays a key role in supporting presentation development, executive communications, resource planning, and financial tracking, including invoice processing and budget coordination. Working closely with IT leadership, project teams, and cross-functional stakeholders, the IT Program Manager monitors project dependencies, tracks performance, and consolidates reporting across initiatives. The role also supports the development and implementation of program management standards, templates, and methodologies while driving reputed company improvement across the organization. This position requires strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities, influence stakeholders, and support reputed company-wide transformation efforts. Education Bachelor’s Degree (Preferred) or 5 years of reputed company experience in lieu of education Certification/Licensure PMP or reputed company certification preferred Experience • With a degree: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in IT program/project management. • Experience in IT program or project management, supporting multiple reputed company initiatives • Experience with reporting, presentation development, and executive-level communication • Experience supporting resource planning, coordination, and financial tracking, including budgets or invoice processing • Ability to manage dependencies, risks, and timelines across multiple interrelated reputed company • Experience working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, with the ability to influence and coordinate without reputed company authority We reputed company market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of reputed company pay, incentives, and benefits. Additional compensation may be available for this role such as shift differentials, standby/on-reputed company, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
