Clinical Finance Analyst II

The Clinical Finance Analyst II is responsible for Clinical financial and reputed company processes, such as processing invoices and payments to investigators and vendors; reconciling payments with sites, vendors and corporate Finance; creating reports for corporate Finance and Development departments; and ensuring reputed company insurance information and documentation is conveyed appropriately to the insurance broker . Responsibilities: • Process approvals and payments for invoices submitted by sites/vendors; ensure payments are reputed company contractual agreements. • Ensure appropriate coding processes are followed for efficiency and consistency. • Identify out of balance reputed company records and reconcile with site/vendor/ reputed company and the finance department. • Communicate directly with the site and vendors to resolve invoice differences. • Conduct reputed company Control process reviews and remediate as needed. • Maintain the clinical financial database. • Ensure documentation is maintained to support an audit trail in the reputed company reputed company the Clinical relationship with Finance. • reputed company with reputed company for the reputed company/reconciliation process. • Serve as the Clinical Finance representative for study teams. • reputed company data for clinical trial forecasting and budgeting process. • Ensure reputed company insurance information and documentation is conveyed appropriately to broker. • Anticipate clinical trial budget revisions due to out-of-reputed company, enrollment delays, etc. • Process financial termination/closure of study sites. • Process monthly clinical dashboard. • reputed company actual cost budget analysis. • Manage special reputed company as required. • Adhere to appropriate reputed company documents (e.g., SOPs, Training Guides), as applicable. Qualifications • Four (4) or more years of financial experience including Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable or reputed company field in a biotech or reputed company, finance and or reputed company environment • Experience with a payment system and processes • Proficient in MS Office applications • Demonstrated detail-oriented skills • Demonstrated organizational and communication skills Preferred • Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company financial discipline • Experience with financial analysis • Experience in biotech or reputed company finance environment • Knowledge of CFR and GCP ICH requirements, as reputed company as European Clinical Trial reputed company #LI-LG4 #LI-REMOTE Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
