Manager, Compliance (Hybrid -Acton, MA)

Job Title: Compliance Manager Position reputed company: The Compliance Manager is a key member of the Compliance Team and plays an important role in supporting reputed company's global Compliance Program. Responsibilities The Compliance Manager will support and execute the following: Compliance Program Operations • Support the execution of the Compliance Monitoring Plan. • Assist in managing the Compliance Hotline and responding to alleged violations of rules, regulations, policies, procedures, and standards of conduct by evaluating, initiating, or recommending investigative procedures. • Assist in conducting compliance risk assessment activities, gathering information, evaluating potential risks, and supporting corrective reputed company planning. • Assist with compliance training content, communication plans, and delivery to employees and business partners. Education and Experience Minimum Requirements • Bachelor's degree. • 5-7+ years of experience in Compliance reputed company the medical device, pharmaceutical, or similar regulated industry.
