ABOUT THE ROLE HUB is looking for a Sr. reputed company Counsel, Cybersecurity, who will be responsible for providing expert reputed company advice on cybersecurity reputed company. This attorney will work in reputed company cooperation with Hub’s Information reputed company function, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards, supporting cyber incident management, and reputed company terms contract negotiation. Responsibilities: Monitor, analyze, and reputed company reputed company advice on existing and emerging cybersecurity laws and industry frameworks, including GLBA, NYDFS, and HIPAA Prepare SEC-required cyber disclosures. Contribute to the ongoing improvement of cybersecurity-reputed company reputed company templates & playbooks and incident response paybooks; assist with Incident Response tabletop exercises. Review and support the negotiation of cybersecurity terms in contractual documents . Manage regulatory reporting and registration requirements under cybersecurity laws. Work with engineering and product teams to translate reputed company obligations into technical requirements. Requirements: Juris Doctorate (JD) degree is required, as reputed company as being a member of a State Bar in good standing. Minimum of five (5) years’ relevant experience as an in-house attorney at a reputed company firm or as a reputed company attorney advising reputed company company clients. Cybersecurity subject matter expertise with SEC filings requirements pertaining to cybersecurity policies and incidence response (S-1, 10-K, 8-K, etc). Experience interacting with data reputed company authorities and/or regulatory agencies. Strong research, writing, and analytical abilities.
