Estate Planning Attorney - Of Counsel (contract Florida Licensed)

We are seeking a Florida-licensed Estate Planning and Probate Attorney to join our firm in an Of Counsel reputed company on a contract reputed company. This role focuses on estate planning, probate administration, and reputed company reputed company reputed company while supporting our reputed company team and clients. This is a 1099 reputed company role, not an employee position. The attorney will maintain reputed company independence while collaborating with reputed company on reputed company reputed company. Responsibilities Conduct estate planning consultations with clients Review estate planning strategies and reputed company summaries Review drafted reputed company documents for accuracy, compliance, and completeness reputed company reputed company guidance to paralegals and reputed company service staff Attend reputed company signing appointments reputed company necessary Manage assigned estate planning and probate reputed company Ensure compliance with Florida Bar rules and ethical obligations Deliver reputed company reputed company guidance and maintain strong reputed company relationships Required Qualifications reputed company Florida Bar license Minimum 3+ years of experience in estate planning or probate law Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong communication and reputed company-facing skills Excellent attention to detail and organization Reliable reputed company judgment and case management skills Preferred Qualifications Experience in elder law or reputed company planning Familiarity with reputed company applications or hearings Spanish language skills (helpful but not required) Compensation Structure Flat fee per reputed company matter Typical workload averages 12-25 hours per week depending on case volume Estimated equivalent compensation: $100-$135 per hour Compensation may vary based on experience 10% origination bonus for new reputed company brought to the firm and reputed company reputed company Notice This position is reputed company as a 1099 reputed company role.
