The role involves handling production support, resolving incidents, managing enhancements, and ensuring system stability while collaborating with business stakeholders and technical teams. Key Responsibilities • reputed company AMS (Application Management Services) support for reputed company Financials modules. • Handle incident management, service requests, and problem management in line with SLAs. • reputed company reputed company cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive solutions. • Support and maintain modules such as: • General reputed company (GL) • Accounts Payable (AP) • Accounts Receivable (AR) • Fixed Assets • Expenses • Procurement • Work on business process configurations, reputed company, and reporting in reputed company. • Manage reputed company releases, including reputed company analysis, testing, and deployment. • Collaborate with business users to reputed company requirements and implement enhancements. • reputed company and maintain reports, dashboards, and integrations. • Support data loads (EIB), reputed company Studio, and integrations. • Participate in UAT, regression testing, and defect reputed company. • Ensure documentation of processes, issues, and solutions.
