Marketplace Manager
About the Role
As a Marketplace Manager, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing performance across multiple online marketplaces. You will oversee day-to-day marketplace operations, ensure listings are optimized, and drive revenue growth while maintaining compliance with platform requirements.
This role is suited for professionals who are hands-on, analytical, and experienced managing multiple marketplace channels simultaneously.
Your Responsibilities
• Manage and optimize product listings across Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop
• Oversee day-to-day marketplace operations and execution
• Monitor sales performance, pricing, inventory, and rankings
• Execute promotions, campaigns, and marketplace initiatives
• Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners
• Analyze performance data and prepare regular reports
• Identify opportunities to improve visibility, conversion, and revenue
Preferred Qualifications
• 4 to 8+ years of experience managing online marketplaces
• Hands-on experience with Amazon, Walmart, and TikTok Shop
• Strong understanding of marketplace tools, dashboards, and metrics
• Experience optimizing listings, pricing strategies, and promotions
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Location

Salary and Benefits
• Base Salary: USD $85,000 to $120,000 annually
