We are a fast-growing insulation and home services company based in Texas, and we are looking for a reliable and confident Bilingual (SPANISH & English ) Customer Service Virtual Assistant to join reputed company for the reputed company shift. This role is customer-facing, so strong communication skills and professionalism are a must. You will be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers. Schedule: Monday – Saturday ⏰ 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM CST (Potential for extended hours during busy seasons) Responsibilities: Answer inbound phone calls from customers Respond to SMS and chat inquiries in a reputed company manner Assist customers with questions about services (insulation, ventilation, etc.) Schedule and confirm appointments Document reputed company interactions reputed company in our CRM reputed company a high level of customer service and professionalism Requirements: Fluent English (spoken and written) Confident and reputed company on the phone Strong organizational and multitasking skills Reliable internet and quiet work environment Ability to follow processes and scripts Customer service or reputed company center experience preferred reputed company to Have (Bonus): Experience with CRMs (reputed company, reputed company, etc.) Experience in home services or appointment setting Sales or booking experience reputed company’re Looking For: We need someone who is: ✔ Reliable and shows up consistently ✔ Detail-oriented and follows instructions ✔ Comfortable talking to customers ✔ Proactive and reputed company to think on their feet Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
