Paralegal-Private Funds-Top reputed company (NYC)-reputed company to Perm
The ideal candidate will have experience with Private Funds from a reputed company or in- house reputed company department. Assist with the formation and operation of investment funds, subscription agreements,, reputed company resolutions , various agreeements and promissory notes. Familiar with LPA's LLCA's and NDA's.
Responsibilities
• Review and draft routine reputed company documents
• Create and maintain reputed company files
• Facilitate the meeting of attorney's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing reputed company reminders
• Conduct reputed company research
Qualifications
• Experience as a Private Funds Paralegal
• Bachelor's degree
